About

Lindsey Consulting provides simple financing and funding solutions for complex public works projects.  It is a certified WA State Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Public Works Small Business Enterprise (PWSBE), King County Small Contractor and Supplier (SCS) and Federal Disadvantaged Small Business Enterprise (D/SBE).

Qualifications

Jane Lindsey founded Lindsey Consulting in 1998 and has 35 years of consulting  experience in utility finance, funding, project management, coordination and implementation.  Ms. Lindsey advises government officials, staff and stakeholders on complex issues related to utility finance, planning, equitable cost allocation/recovery, economic growth, revenue stability, policy development, project  funding and implementation.  Ms. Lindsey utilizes her technical expertise to develop a variety of financial and economic analyses, to evaluate the current and long-term effects of the implementation of public policies, that successfully guide government actions and operations.  In her decades of service, Ms. Lindsey has worked both independently and as part of a team, with a wide variety of project staff members that includes legal, finance, corporate, engineering, funding agencies, consultants, public officials, administrators, government and public stakeholders to facilitate informed decision making.   She has working knowledge and expertise in the following areas:
